French Toast

Preparation time 10 mins
Cooking time 10 mins
For 4 people
Ingredients 
4 slices of white bread
4 yolks
1 vanilla bean or a stick of cinnamon
1/4 pint of milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar

Method
1) Heat the milk with the vanilla bean or cinnamon until it is steaming but not boiling

2) Remove it from the flames and discard the flavouring agent

3) Beat the yolks with some of the sugar and add the milk to the mixture, stirring well 

4) Dip the slices of bread in the mixture, drain them, and fry them in the butter


5) Sprinkle them with sugar and serve
