Meet Amanda
With two older children and a younger child I want my whole family to eat nutritionally but without blowing the food budget each month.
I need to be able to create quick and simple meals that can be eaten immediately or frozen for when I am away from home. I started this website initially at the request of my friends and family to share the recipes I have created over the years using minimum ingredients but remain delicious to eat. |
