Chocolate Mousse

Preparation time 10 mins
Fridge time 6 hours
For 4 people
Ingredients 
300ml fresh double cream
75g Green & Blacks/ Lindt 70% dark chocolate
1 egg white
1 tbsp sugar

Method
1) Heat the chocolate in a glass bowl over some hot water on the hob

2) 
Once melted, remove it from the hob

3) Beat the egg whites with the sugar and add  to the chocolate, stirring well.

4) Add the cream and whisk the mixture


5) Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until the mousse sets
