Pesto Lasagne |

Ingredients
250g of fresh or pre cooked flat Lasagne sheet pasta 190g of Green Pesto 200ml of Crème Fraiche 250g of grated cheddar cheese Oil for greasing |
Method
1) Grease an oven dish which is slightly wider and longer than the sheets of pasta 2) Lay one sheet in the dish and spread with pesto 3) Repeat until all the sheets are used up 4) Place the grated cheese and crème fraiche in a saucepan 5) Gently heat through until the cheese has melted and mix well 6) Pour over the lasagne sheets 7) Bake in a hot oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 ºc until the top is golden brown |
