Ingredients
1 large Onion finely chopped 1lb Mince 2 Tins of chopped Tomatoes 2 red or green chillies chopped 2 red or green peppers chopped 1 tin of red kidney beans |
Method
1) Fry the onions for about 3 minutes 2) Add the chillies and peppers and cook for another 2 minutes 3) Add the mince and cook until it turns brown 4) Add the tomatoes and red kidney beans 5) Simmer for 40 minutes Serve with Couscous, Rice, Jacket potato or Tortillas with sour cream Tips: Tips: You can add some finely sliced vegetables e.g. carrots or sweet potatoes or even peas when adding the chillies and peppers to increase the volume of the dish and serve more people
