CREAM & HORSERADISH SAUCE

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes
For 4-6 people
Ingredients
300ml Cream
3-4 tsp of horseradish to taste

Method
1) 
Place the cream in a small saucepan with the horseradish sauce
​

2) Warm through slowly 

Tips: 
Great with steak, beef or salmon

If you want to try something different replace the horseradish with mustard for a cream of mustard sauce.  This makes enough  sauce for 4-6 people so for less just halve the quantity
