Ingredients
4 fillets of white fish 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 1 large finely chopped onion 1 red chilli 1 sprig of chopped coriander |
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 220ºc 2) Place the white fish into a casserole dish 3) Fry the onions for about 3 minutes 4) Seed and chop the chilli and add to the onion and fry for another minute 5) Add the tins of tomatoes 6) Pour mixture over the fish 7) Sprinkle with chopped coriander 8) Bake in oven for 20 minutes |
