Ingredients
1 pint of vegetable stock (two dissolved stock cubes) 450g of frozen peas 1 sprig of mint I small onion |
Method
1) Fry the onion on a medium heat for 5 minutes 2) Add frozen peas, mint and vegetable stock 3) Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes 4) Blend until a smooth consistency |
